The hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to the nearby subway station and a fun market just a short walk away. Although the room is slightly small, it is clean and comfortable, with amenities like a heated floor to keep you cozy. the service is friendly and accommodating, and there are even some nice touches like free coffee and computer access available in the reception area.

1) very poor customer service by the receptionist as we have been lectured on how to take care the room cleanliness and also the room's facilities before we entered into the room, and we were carrying 15 kg baggage after a long day traveled. 2) do not accept any credit card payment, but I"ve got my reservation secured by using credit card via Booked.net, i felt this is rather inconvenience to foreigner because very common sense that we book the hotel room via Booked.net, the merchant should have credit cards acceptance.

Great location close to popular attractions and transportation. Clean rooms and managed hygiene well. Staff had basic English skills but were sufficient. Breakfast spread had basic necessities.

location ok, only few stations to tourist places if by subways, room size ok, bed is comfortable, room is clean, no dirty smell, motel with lift is convenience for those with heavy luggage, lots of resturants around motel

the owner's daughter is not very helpful, so cool, her parents are more friendly; it's just a "sleep" motel, nothing else they can provide to you, especially when you ask for some help or ask questions; toilet/bathroom is really not acceptable, the door is made of glass, you can see through by the side of the glass, and since this is not the "solid" wood door, the sound insulation is so bad, it is embarrassing when someone is at the toilet; the placement of TV is so strange, it's placed at upper front of the bed, and there is no chair at the room, don't understand how we can watch TV ! The room is big enough to have chairs, why don't provide at least a chair to guests !!

Excelent Inn near the Seoul Centre. Only 5 metro stations from Seoul Station. I recommend it. Very good value for money.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the staff was very welcoming and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable, with a big screen TV and free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway station. Another great advantage was the affordable price, especially for a big city like this. had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

The room was a bit small, but that's to be expected in a budget hotel. the bed was a little firm, not the most comfortable, but did the job.

Room was clean and fairly big, with a fast internet connection. Good location (near metro station and not far from some of the main tourist attractions). Staff fairly friendly and speaks a little English. All in all good value for money.

Would have been nice if the room had some drawers or a wardrobe, but given the fact it is a motel, I guess their absence is not too unexpected.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. One girl spoke reasonable English. Room was very comfortable- excellent firm bed (with electric warming!). (But a small factual correction: the floor was vinyl, not wood as claimed on this website; not important though.)

Not easy to find the first time- my taxi dropped me on the main road to the north of the warren of alleys, and even though I had a map I was lost until I asked someone.

The hotel was located in a really vibrant area - surrounded by lots of restaurants and great spots to explore. The room was perfectly clean and tidy - everything felt really organized and well looked after. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - it was great to have people we could talk to for tips and advice on exploring the local area.

The room was quite small - there wasn't too much space to move around, especially when we had our luggage with us. Some of the towels were quite small and didn't feel super high quality - but it wasn't a huge issue for us. we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again if we were in the area - it was a really affordable and convenient option for exploring the city.

There is no coffee maker and pc in the room. Need to go to the lobby for hot water and use the pc.

It was sort of quiet, very strict staff. It was close to Jong ro street which had everything as food as well as shopping centre. I was surprised that we as two friend (two women) paied more than our friend who were couple......... The laptop in front desk was great and in room was very fast. Finally I have to say I enjoyed very much being in Seoul for a few days and staying in Amiga inn. Thanks for your hospitality.

After our check out which was very early at 11:00 am, we had to leave our luggages there until we go to airport at night. During that time when we needed toilet, they did not let us use it and it was not nice.

The location was excellent, being just a minute away from Gwang-Jang market and 10 minutes from Dongdaemun night market. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, despite their limited English proficiency. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Because it has run by a family, they will always keep limited resource for client.

It was a reasonable price for the location and room.

Glass door on the bathroom - I prefer more privacy.
